Worst employee, ever...
By Ronnie Nijmeh comment 0 Comments access_time 2 min read

Listen up. This is IMPORTANT…

There’s a BIG PROBLEM trending.

You see…

Over the past several weeks, I’ve answered several hundreds of emails from my clients (and you may be one of them), who told me all the reasons why they need their business to work…

Health issues, home foreclosures, family challenges, pressure from the Mrs., and more.

Those reasons are very real and they’re great motivators to keep you focused.

But here’s the BIG PROBLEM:

RESPECT.

Yup, good ol’ R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

That’s what I see trending in each email I get… A lack of respect for your OWN biz. It’s an EPIDEMIC in the online world.

Let me give you an example…

Say you’re stuck in a dilbert cube all day and your boss tells you to get stuff done.

What do you do?
You get stuff done.

And what happens when you don’t?
You get FIRED.

Simple CAUSE and EFFECT, right?
Don’t do your job = Don’t collect your pay check.

So you get the job done because you RESPECT the pay check and you RESPECT the fact that your boss as the ultimate authority to cut your bread money… so you put in the hours and effort to earn your keep.

WELL HERE’S THE THING….

When YOU ARE THE BOSS, you set the rules and create the work environment. You create the schedule, the goals, and the income potential.

But instead of respecting authority, you have to learn how to respect YOURSELF and your own to-do list.

YOU need to get stuff done – whether you have an hour a day, or ten hours a day.

And what if you don’t get stuff done?
You effectively become your WORST EMPLOYEE.

No sugar coating here… it’s the truth.

Now the best part is that you can easily go from worst employee to EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR…

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Focus on a short daily checklist of 3-4 items  that will BRING IN THE MONEY, then IMPLEMENT IT!

It’s easy to be swept away by a lack of time and focus, but when you have just 3-4 things that are directly going to bring home the turkey bacon, it’s a lot easier to get things done without overwhelm.

And it’s those 3-4 things that will build the BIG momentum, get the cash flowing, and
get you to respect your own business.

You CAN succeed. But you have to WANT it.

Do you want it?
