We all have many gifts to be grateful for so it's important to take the time to stop and reflect on the many blessings we have.

During this time of year, folks also begin thinking about the holidays that all fall in December – Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and so on.
Each of these holidays encourages people to be thankful, to enjoy friends and family, and to take some time to breathe and relax. But they can also be stressful times, or deeply emotional if your clients are dealing with grief or loss.
Plan to publish content that helps your audience with the upcoming holidays. For example, you can post content about being present with family and coping with the holiday stresses of family conflicts, grief, or loss.
Your tribe may need help to slow down, calm their minds, and simply being present. Share your wisdom with them via email, social, videos, and your blog.
