A very good entrepreneur\u00a0<\/em><em>puts relationships ahead of profits because he knows that <\/em><em>stronger relationship naturally leads to healthier profits.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ain&#8217;t that &#8216;ze truth.<\/p>\n<p>While everyone else is getting impersonal and distancing\u00a0themselves from their people,<strong>\u00a0you can actually get CLOSER\u00a0<\/strong><strong>to your crowd and give &#8217;em more of what they want.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s never failed me. Nope. Never.<\/p>\n<p>But look at the self-professed &#8220;goo-roos&#8221;&#8230;\u00a0<em>do they even ask to know your first name anymore,\u00a0<\/em><em>let alone personally answer your emails and\u00a0<\/em><em>get to know you?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Of course not. Not cool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No wonder their refund rates are as high as 65%(!!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a\u00a0<strong>MUCHOS<\/strong>\u00a0better way&#8230; one that builds\u00a0<strong>loyalty, respect, and a rabid fan base.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are two simple examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The most successful YouTube stars<\/strong>\u00a0interact with their\u00a0audience, take requests, answer comments, and even\u00a0mention specific fans in their videos. The big networks\u00a0can&#8217;t even muster the kind of captivated audience\u00a0some YouTubers have!<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gary Vaynerchuk recorded 1,000+ videos\u00a0<\/strong>about food and wine\u00a0pairings on his Wine Library and Daily Grape sites.\u00a0He took audience questions and interacted intimately with\u00a0his base.
